functions. .Muscles are able to contracts ,or get

shorter, and relax. .Contraction and relaxing muscles allow you to bend and straighten

your body parts .

Types of MusclesThere are 3 types of muscles:

1 .Skeletal ( Striated ) = are connected to bones to provide movements.

2 .Smooth = present in viscera , blood vessels and skin.

3 .Cardiac muscles

2 .Smooth = are involuntary , supplied by autonomic nervous system .
