What activities help teambuilding?

23

Some ideas that have worked for me

Icebreakers and short games at staff meetings

Including time at regular meetings for acknowledgements and to voice peeves

Cards left on staff desks (for no particular reason)

Scavenger hunts (in the office or outside)Small giftsAnything that includes food

24

More…A limo ride to lunch

Themed staff days – tea party, puzzles, play, creativity, cooking

Use holidays as a time for teambuilding-- gross Halloween lunch--Santa’s workshop

Build-A-BearOther ideas???

25

Find what works for you!

The pig watched his two friends run into the surf with boards made of straw and sticks. Later however, with his smug sense of security - along with his board of bricks –he vanished in about 40 feet of water

26

If teambuilding is a priority…You can keep the wolf away from your door

Have a great home

And have a cool crew
