Bordeaux, departure town of the Solitaire du FigaroLike every odd-number year, 2013 will be the year of the River Festival. This year, it will take place earlier, from 24 May to 2 June, to coincide with the start of the Solitaire de Figaro, a unique departure from the river which will last longer than usual, with 10 days of celebrations.

Brantôme Gardens in “Green” PerigordIn the heart of Brantôme, a beautiful village located to the north of Périgueux, an old 18th century coaching inn has been transformed into a charming hotel by its new owners. Welcoming groups in the heart of nature: the second life of the Maison de Grave

A small old working village, built on the Pointe de Grave in 1840 and a Conservatoire du Littoral protected site, was turned into a stop for nature hikers.
