SECONDARY SURVEY

There were fire burn injury grade II on: - Face : 1 %- Chest : 1 %- Right forearm : 4 %- Left forearm : 1 %- Right thigh : 3 %- Left thigh : 2 % Total : 12 %

His motorcycle got slip. He fell and his head, chest and flank hit the road.
