DO's
Eat mixed nuts. They can help you boost your energy levels in the
afternoon.
Place healthy snacks in convenient places in your house.
According to experts, people are more likely to choose healthy
snack if they can easily reach it every time they need something
to eat.
Put your food on a plate or a bowl to avoid over eating.
Eat fruits, vegetables, and cheese.
Hydrate yourself by drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day.
DON'Ts
Do not wait too long to eat something. Keep in mind that one of
the causes of overeating is under eating.
Do not immediately eat light snacks without justifying it. Instead,
you must opt for healthier snacks.
Do not think that all veggies are healthy options. Keep in mind
that veggie chips are not healthier alternatives. Instead, choose
baked potatoes or fresh vegetables.
Instructions:1. Mix the chicken with lime juice, chili powder, and garlic.2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan then fry the chickenfor a couple of mins – it will cook very quickly so keep aneye on it.Meanwhile, warm the wraps following the pack instructionsor heat them over the flame to slightly char them. Do notlet them dry out or they are difficult to roll.3. Squash half an avocado onto each wrap, place peppersin pan to warm them.Then pile onto the wraps with thechicken, and sprinkle over the coriander. Roll up, cut inhalf and eat.

Mini Raspberry Mousse ParfaitsIngredients:· 1-3/4 cups unsweetened raspberries· 3 tablespoons sugar· 2 teaspoons cornstarch· 2 teaspoons orange juice· 1-1/3 cups whipped topping· 12 cubes angel food cake(1/2-inch cubes) Yield: 4 servings.Instructions:1. Press raspberries through a strainer. Discard seeds andpulp. In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn starch; stir inraspberry juice. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes oruntil thick. refrigerate until chilled.2. Divide raspberry mixture in half. Stir orange juice intoone portion; set aside. Place remaining mixture in asmall bowl; fold in whipped topping.3. Divide angel food cake among four small cocktailglasses or dessert dishes. Layer each with a tablespoonof reserved raspberry-orange mixture and 1/3 cupcreamy mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
