‘The Kultur Consortium aims to create an institutional repository model for research in the

creative and applied arts’

• Greater understanding of research in Art and Design.

• Greater recognition of Practice-based Research.

• Greater understanding of Metadata for Art and Design.

• A Rights Framework for the Visual Arts .
