• Uptake of core and manager SHE training within Non-Operations dependent on engagement of line manager/director

• Driver Safety Training: excellent uptake by Sales, >85% complete

• Increase in proactive calls for risk assessments/advice

• Several requests for “dedicated” SHE training sessions

• Upcoming “Integrated SHE/Security Audit” of Commercial side of business in September 2008 may help to garner additional interest and uptake in SHE training over balance of year
