Inter-Institutional Agreement: this is the basis of the Erasmus Mobility.

Erasmus Placement Mobility

• Total grants amount: 15 grants of 4 months each (59 months from LLP/Erasmus National Agency

• Training enterprise proposed by the Faculty• Training enterprise proposed by the Student (the

sources to look for an organization are: Stage office at Faculty level, teachers, own contacts

Student selection

Students selection:

• The student selection is merit-oriented and it is carried out by means of common qualifications (language knowledge, number of credits achieved, etc.) and specific ones – at Faculty level (previous experiences, curricula, organization acceptance etc.)

Economic contributions

Erasmus grant from the European Community (almost 500,00 euro for month)

University and Ministry co-financing not yet decided (for 2010 about € 180,00 per month, about € 100,00 as journey travel contribution and about € 50,00 as ministry grant)

Erasmus Student Mobility for Placement at Sapienza

Documents after the selection

• A preliminary agreement “Letter of Intent” is endorsed by the host organisation to engage a cooperation with our university in the frame of Lifelong Learning Programme

• A "Quality Commitment" setting out the rights and obligations of all the parties relating to the placement abroad

Erasmus Student Mobility for Placement at Sapienza

Documents prior departure

students are provided with:

• A “Training Agreement” regarding his or her specific programme for the placement period; this agreement must be endorsed by the student, the home higher education institution and the host organisation; and it is drawn up with the assistance of a Faculty supervisor

• A placement agreement (grant agreement) covering the mobility period and signed between the student and his or her home higher education institution

• The Erasmus Student Charter setting out the student's rights and obligations with respect to his/her period abroad

AT THE END OF THE ERASMUS PERIOD

Collection of all the student forms (duly filled in)- Transcript of work - Attendance Certificate - Erasmus Placement student experience report.- Financial check Recognition at Faculty level by using Ects credits on the base of the Transcript of Work
