How the Segway Works

Inventor of the Segway• Dean Kamen is

the inventor of the Segway

• He hopes that his creation will better the enviroment and the way people travel

Segway in General• created with to

wheels and a plat form for the person to stand on

• goes 12 mph and on average cost 5,000 dollars

• wheel like device• help maintain a

steady position on the scooter no matter which way it moves or how fact it is going

•Segway has highest powered motor for its size

•Uses magnets to go

gears made to minimize noise
