A. My HKBN app tutorial

Once the customer downloads and opens the My HKBN application, the main features tutorial will appear.

B. Log in and finger print set up/Face ID log in

⚫ First Time Log in

1. Customer should log in with HKBN account number

and name. Password will be sent via email

afterwards.

2. Customer must reset the personal password for

purposes of account security.

Client already log in My Account/My Account app/My HKBN app

Finger print set up / Face ID log in

⚫ Finger print set up/ Face ID log in

1. If customer uses password to log in to My HKBN

app (while their mobile device also supports

fingerprint/face ID login), a pop-up message will be

displayed to remind the client to set up

fingerprint/face ID login.

2. After customer agrees to the terms and conditions,

a one-time verification code will be sent via SMS.

After client inputs the password, clients can use

the finger print and Face ID log in.

3. After pairing of fingerprint/FaceID is complete,

client can use fingerprint/FaceID to log in.

1. Click “Settings” after log in

2. Close “Setting of Touch ID/Face

ID”

1. Customers can check their account

information, payment details,

communication details,

promotional information settings in

the account overview section.

2. Check the “Pen” logo on the top

right corner. From there, you can

edit the information and settings.

service account, plan valid date and end dates)

service plan

⚫ Some coupon codes and

gifts originally sent by

email will be stored in

app, he/she will

automatically connect

to the relevant platform

by clicking the banner

or link. There’s no need

to re-enter the account

fingerprint/Face ID.

O. IDD 0030 related services

Customers can access IDD 0030 accounts through using My Account Online or my HKBN app :

1. Add and delete phone numbers for IDD 0030 account

2. Check the country / region calling fee

3. Review the usage records

P. Current balance and payment

⚫... Current balance and payment

1. After log in, payment details

including current balance, cut-off

date, due date and payment

method can be displayed.

2. By clicking “Pay Now”, customers

can settle payment by credit card

instantly.

3. $2,000。 The minimum amount

of payment is the balance of the

monthly statement. If the

customer owes <$0, client can

choose advance payment. The

minimum payment is $100 and

the maximum limit is $2,000.

4. Customers can use the QR

code for payment at a

convenience store.

5. Customers can click

“Payment Record” to check

info like payment date,

payment method and

amount paid from the last 3

months of payment records.
