In 2010, Duzon E&H pushed for Innovation in order to stay

competitive.

Ideas and suggestions were gathered from teachers, staff

and leaders on how to improve our products, service and internal

systems.

In September, the Management Committee had a 2-day workshop and

team building to review all suggestions and select the best ones for

implementation.

Back then and till now, we believe that only through Teamwork can

the company surmount the challenges and move from mere surviving

to thriving.

Who says that serious work should be boring?

Balay Indang served unique, delicious dishes with huge portions at every meal. It feels like they’re not making any profit off us.

Last Meal…

1. Alignment – Mancom knew and went after the same target

So…What did all that achieve?

2. Communication – It is very easy to talk among members, from then till now. Mancom relationship is strong.

3. Collaboration – Inter-departmental projects finished faster. Respected each other’s department and responsibilities

4. Innovation – Eliminated, Reduced, Raised, Created systems and products in 2011. Plus it strengthened our culture of resilience to change.
