• Step 1: Cut the onions and tomatoes. Put them in a pan with
hot oil. Add the rice and flavor the mix with dill, parsley,
salt and pepper.
• Step 2: When the obtained composition gets cold, mix it
with the meat.
• Step 3: Wash the bell pepper and remove
the seeds. You can keep the upper part of
the vegetable to cover the meat during the
boiling. Then fill the bell pepper with the
final mix. Put the vegetable in vertical
position in a bowl and add water to the half.
Let it boil.
• Step 4: In the meantime, prepare the sauce.
In a pan with hot oil put the tomato paste.
Add the flour diluted in water after 3
minutes. Flavor the mix with salt and
pepper.
• Step 5: When the bell pepper has boiled, add
the sauce. Let it simmer for 10 more
minutes.
• Step 6: Eat the bell peppers when they are still warm. You can serve it with cream.
