Why did I choose lentils soup?

Summer is knocking on the door and in

this season I love soups which I include

many kinds of vegetables.

Lentils soup contains a lot of

vegetables, for example carrots,

chives, potatoes and other…

This is my favourite summer soup. And

what do we need when we want to cook

this soup?

Ingredients:

Lentils, onions, garlic,

carrots, oil, chives and

spices

As a main dish I have chosen chicken

salad.

I have chosen chicken salad, because in

summer I don‘t like hot fried meals.

Chicken salad is my favourite food,

because it is fresh, light, it contains a

lot of vegetables and I just love chicken

meals!

Ingredients:

Chicken meat, tomatoes,

red peppers, cucumbers,

salad, chives (spring

onions), eggs and cheese

for sprinkling

Last part of Czech summer menu is

dessert – Cocoa cake.

I love cocoa that‘s why I have chosen

this dessert.

If you serve ordinary cocoa cake with

whipped cream, you will have the best

cocoa cake of all.

Flour, sugar, egg, oil, cocoa

and whipped cream for

garnishment
