FOCUS ON INVESTMENT OF WINE AND CULTURE Sylvie CAZES CITÉ des civilisations du vin Sylvie Cazes is co-owner of Château Lynch-Bages and she personally owns Château Chauvin, Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Emilion, Le Chapon Fin, a one- star Michelin restaurant in Bordeaux, and Bordeaux Saveurs, a luxury wine tour agency. She was president of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux for five years and was a member of the Bordeaux City Council from 2008 to 2014. She is now president of the Cité des civilisations du vin, an ambitious project dedicated to wine culture, which will open in April 2016.
