Create an account with email and password [or sign in with Open ID]
Click ‘Create New Feed’
Enter a name for the feed (e.g. name of the blog or site you are going to feed to Twitter
You will need the blog or RSS feed URL. Third party Feedburner URLs also work
Look for the orange RSS button

Some sites have different sorts of subscribing buttons. Look around

Fill in the details and test the RSS feed
For more options click ‘Advanced Settings’
Choose frequency [how often twitterfeed will check for new content], post format [excerpt or just title and description]
You can also add text to prefix and suffix the post
Add information like who the post was written by and any related hashtags
Choose a service to publish to (e.g. Twitter or Facebook)
Authenticate with Twitter via Oauth (one-time sign in with username and password)
From the twitterfeed dashboard you can see your feeds and easily click to view and edit them
