    • Global team of Sales and Consulting personnel required a readily accessible system on multiple devices

    • Initial implementation was three (3) months for Enterprise Field Sales and supporting personnel (110 users); onboarding Global Consulting team was a subsequent three (3) month effort

    • As we were only moving one group and supporting personnel for the initial implementation, integration & synchronization with legacy on-premises CRM was critical path
