Be patient. Success and opportunities don't come overnight. Work hard, be true to yourself and your brand, and good things will come! Don't be afraid to ask the blogging community for advice, the community is filled with talented and generous people. Always go with your gut. If you don't feel good about something, it is probably best to say no. And it is ok to say no!

ohmyveggies.comYou don't have to listen to everything people tell you--even if those people are more experienced or more well-known than you are. You know what's right for you, and you know your audience better than anyone else does. If I could go back and change anything about my early days as a blogger, I would have listened to my gut more and other people less. I wanted to rebrand for several months and I let other bloggers talk me out of it; rebranding ended up being the best decision I made for my blog.
