Aim : To enable and improve of servicing incontinence care and delivery of products by using a web-based proactive advice, order and just in time system by using knowledge of retail management, e-commerce and just-in time delivery;

Target group: Healthcare centres, Care at home and private market.

Roles: Caregivers and informal care within the care institutes using the plan system. Via internet and login code it is possible to customize the purchase of products in a specific and personal way. Desk advice can be given, small amounts in a personalized way are being delivered by post.

Business case validated: In several studies the win-win case is being validated in several health care centres in Rotterdam.

Silverfit in action

Silverfit: Virtual therapy is basically computer-aided therapy. In physiotherapy, this means providing active exercises using computer simulations or computer games.By providing exercises in the form of games, the therapist can support his or her patient much better. The games give the patient something to focus on, and they challenge patients to set themselves goals and accomplish these.Naturally, it is very important that the exercises correspond with useful functional movements, and that they can be offered at the right level.The computer can also register the performance of the patient. This allows the therapist to document and review the performance of patients over time in a very efficient manner.www.silverfit.nl
