Facts §  The world’s workforce is going through fundamental changes as well – for the first time in

the history, Millennials are outnumbering baby boomers. In fact, by 2030, 75% of the global workforce will be Millennials. How you hire, retain and engage them is a big challenge and opportunity

§ Imagine how much smarter, faster and simpler the world can become if all of the businesses have the opportunity to deliver the personal touch and offer to their customers at the right time, give their employees the right tools and insights to make the right call every time, have the right resources in the right place whenever the market changes, and grow and thrive when connecting to their customers and business partners

§ As your customers become even more informed and connected, nothing is more important than keeping customers at the center of everything you do Implication: Businesses will need to find a way to manage existing and shared resources better.

§ Third, the way the information is created and consumed has changed. We are now in an “always-on” era. Business will need to run in real time to facilitate personalized engagement with customers and employees and assets. Real-time sense and responses to direct, share, optimize assets

§ Unlocking the secrets inside this data presents breakthrough opportunities for businesses. Businesses will need to find a way to manage big / fast data and find ways to use it to their advantage.

§ Unleash the power of personal and business connections and intelligence to run the entire business – from ideation through delivery to service using real-time insights and knowledge.

SAP corporate strategy is to help our customer’s run their business in real-time. Key to that is big/fast/real-time data. To go beyond what happen – and understand why / will it happen again / when … and take action.
