MISSION:
Infrastructure for experimentation, demonstration
and operation of new devices and technologies;
wind and ocean energy converters, environmental
research and analysis of climate change.
KEY OBJECTIVES:
To promote a specialized industrial sector in marine-based renewable energies through R&D
activities
To foster the development of Asturias and the University of Oviedo as a “Knowledge Centre of
Maritime Renewable Energies”
To attract national and international renowned technology developers and professionals.
