Project Description
The whole system is designed to be easily adjustable, modifiable and manageable.
The client required an application for control of devices’ electricity consumption with the
help of preset selections and orders from SMS messages.
Case Study / T-Mobile
What we implemented
The application presents a listing of actual electricity consumption, sets up times for
switching the devices on and off, reacts to changes in sensor states, and creates reports
about consumption within a particular time segment.
A GSM modem, and a special modem with connected devices, provide the
communications interfaces for the application, using defined protocols.
Case Study / Energy Control
The GSM Modem communicates with cell phones, receiving orders via SMS messages,
and sending information and notifications. The special modem communicates with all
devices in the room or house.
Conclusion
Developed software components, together with ENcontrol hardware, provide comfort,
security and energy-saving capabilities to users:
