Marco Bon – CTO, Delivery and Program Manager at Gruppo PAM; Marco is managing the project “Business Agility through new Enterprise Architecture Transformation Platform”: the program improves the operational performance while revamping the legacy architecture with minimum business disruption. The result is a new web enterprise architecture ofering decision support capabilities through cooperation and feedbacks. Business agility is reached by the use of agile methodologies and state of the art of engineering practices.

Jim Webber, Chief Scientist with Neo Technology, the company behind the popular open source graph database Neo4j, where he works on R&D for highly scalable graph databases and writes open source sofware. Jim has written two books on integration and distributed systems: “Developing Enterprise Web Services” on XML Web Services and “REST in Practice” on using the Web for building large-scale systems. His latest book is “Graph Databases” which focuses on the Neo4j database.

Enrico De Benetti - IT Architect at LARUS Business Automation. Enrico is also Certified Scrum Master. He's the protagonist of all our major successes, being able to produce code at an impressive rate on whatever technology while pairing with our junior developers to spread his knowledge at the same time. He also works on our R&D department and currently supporting Veneto Banca in the definition of its integration architecture.

Omar Rampado - IT Architect at LARUS Business Automation. He has been working on many business critical applications since 2006, as he joined LARUS. Backend systems and integration architectures are his main fields of interest, and as a consultant he's constantly working to break the technical debt, improve code coverage, clean the code and automate the release of the applications he's involved in.
