2. Paragraph Alignment -Determines the appearance and

orientation of paragraph edges. -It maybe left-aligned, right-aligned,

centered or justified.

Align Left

It is the default alignment when Word opens.

Ctrl + L

Center Centers the text between the margins or the column boundaries. Usually used for titles and headings.

Ctrl + C

Align Right

The text begins on the right edge as one types and each new letter pushes the other letters to the left so everything lines up perfectly on the right edge.

Ctrl + R

Justify Word adds a little extra space between the words in each line so that every line of the text begins and ends on the same place on the right and left.
