1) Rolling back to a previous version of a document is as easy as creating a new revision (described in the previous tutorial). First, open the document you wish to work on.

2) Next, go to the History tab and click on the ‘Show archive’ link in order to display all previous versions of the document.

3) Now a list of all the previous document versions is shown. Mark the check-box next to the version to which you wish to roll back and click on the ‘New revision from the selected archive’ link.

Note: You can view the entire history of the document by clicking on the ‘+’ button.

4) Now, a new copy of the previous version has been created and saved in DocPublisher as a draft. To edit this document, open the Content tab.

5) The document is ready for editing. Once this document is published, the previous version will be automatically archived.
