Service WM a service initiative since 2014. Objective is to improve the service quality for passengers

Users need information about their flight and their way through the airport

Peak day in 2015 approximately 80.000 passengers a challenge for the local infopoints

Many tests with WiFi and beacon based systems

Poor results due to the size and specific shape of the building (several open levels above each other...)
