In Barreiro there are interesting places to visit, such as: The mills, the convent, the forest of Machada, the city park, the factories and so on.
The mills is the one of the historical monuments that we have.
The our convent historical is the Convent Mother of God of the Verderena.
The forest more known in Barreiro is the forest of the Machada.
The city park is very known and beautiful.
