DESCRIPTION
We have technical knowledge- now how do we disseminate information to other staff members at the right time? The goal of this presentation is to give you tools to create your own training and deliver knowledge to staff/partners when the user needs the information. This presentation will review some of the tools and tactics being employed to leverage staff knowledge while providing low cost training as well as introduce core elements used to develop our training including: Style Guides, Videos, Job-Aids, Webinars, and Lesson Plans.
