MONCTON BANTAM AAA PHANTOMS

Dear Potential Sponsor,

The Bantam AAA Phantoms hockey club is comprised of “elite” players born in 2002 from all over South Eastern New Brunswick. Our Elite AAA Teams in NB are run as private teams with no local support or subsidies from our Minor Hockey Associations. Our total operating budgets must be fulfilled by Parent Contributions and Generous donations and sponsorship from our local community businesses. The average budget to operate a team in the Greater Moncton Area playing throughout the 2015 -2016 season will be between $30,000 and $35,000 (with nearly 66% of those costs being related to ice time and tournaments).

As a team we have taken on the task of fundraising to help minimize the individual player’s costs. Our focus is to ensure that every player has the ability to play at the highest competitive level as possible regardless of their family back ground/situation.

At this time we would like to ask for your generosity and support of this very worthwhile program by supporting a team Auction to be held on November TBD. Your kind donation or sponsorship will be used to offset the expenditures for our players concerning practices and games helping our boys develop as players and young men. It is an excellent way to showcase your company, contribute to the community, helping our organization have an enjoyable evening. Any contribution you could make would be greatly appreciated.
