Poor Quality of Service – SOLUTIONNetWise SmartSpot continually assesses QoS of the Wi-Fi connection. If quality falls below the performance threshold, it temporarily blacklists that access point and automatically connects users to a higher quality available network.

Wi-Fi Battery Drain – SOLUTIONTo conserve battery life, NetWise SmartSpot turns off the Wi-Fi radio when the user is out of range of Wi-Fi, or connected to a cellular network. But if an available Wi-Fi access point is in range, it can automatically turn on the Wi-Fi radio and connect.
