DAMI is proudly inspired by the success of its predecessor, Supersonic Manpower Services Corporation (SMSC), with over 13 years of experience in providing top quality staffing, specialized recruitment, and deployment for niche industries all over the world.

Mafumeira Sul Case Study

We have mobilized project management team for hook-up, commissioning (HUC), and carry over works for 2 Well Head Platforms, the Centro and Sul in Angola for Mafumeira Sul Project. We have accumulated 500,000 safe man-hours without Lost Time Incident (LTI).

This mega project is located 15 miles (24km) offshore Cabinda province in 200 feet (60m) of water, the $5.6 billion Mafumeira Sul project is the second stage of the offshore Mafumeira Field development. Angola continues to move forward, investing billions of dollars in major energy projects intended to increase crude oil production and conserve natural gas while tremendous industry crisis happening now.

DAMI is proud to be part of this project in developing opportunities in Angola where Chevron has a leading position and strong queue of major capital projects under development.

Location: Angola, Africa

Scope of Work: Deployment of personnel of various disciplines for the Hook Up, Commissioning, and Carry over works of Centro & Sul Well Head Platforms.

MAIOR Logistics, LLC Case Study

Dimension All Manpower is currently pooling and hiring Acute Care Nurses bound for Houston Texas for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System (MHHS).

Selection Criteria:• 3 years Bedside and Acute Care experience• Passed NCLEX • Passed IELTS • No employment gap

Technical Qualification:• Nurse applicants updated on latest equipment & machineries used for acute care patients.

Our Process:

•DAMI pools qualified candidates and conducts preliminary screening according to clients’ requirements.

•MAIOR conducts preliminary selection and orientation.

• Selected candidates will be scheduled for final interview and selection by MHHS staff.

•Once selected by MHHS, Maior will get the documentation required to get priority date in processing their I-140 visa.

•Once the I-140 has been released, selected Nurses will now be schedule for deployment by DAMI.
