Italian Recipe
CLASS 4 in PRIMARY SCHOOL
SALSASIO
APPLE TART
INGREDIENTS
• Biological Apples,
• “0”flour and whole
wheat flour,
• 2 eggs,
• brown sugar,
• biological lemon;
• salt,
• yeast base for
dessert
1 kg of apples
without skin and core;
2 hg of flour (130g “0”
flour and 70g of whole
wheat flour);
2 eggs;
Salt;
Grated lemon peel
1,60 hg of brown sugar
and 20 g for sprinkling
on the cake
Yeast base for
desserts.
PREPARATION
Wash and peel the
apples
Take off the core and
cut the apple into
small regular pieces
Whip-up the eggs in a
bowl
Add sugar and mix
Add the two types of
flour and mix
Add the grated lemon
skin
Add a bit of salt
Dissolve the yeast in a
little milk and pour
into the bowl and mix
Add the pieces of
apple
The cake tin must
first be greased with
a little olive oil and
then dusted with flour
Pour the mixture into
a cake tin.
On the top, pour the
brown sugar with a
colander.
Let it stand while the
oven heats up.
Bake the cake for 35-
40 minutes at 180 ° C.
