Start trusting that things will improve and, as you take action, they probably will!

Start by deciding where you want to go and find the best way to get

there. If others want to come along, lead them!

Start expressing your own ideas, preferences, needs and feelings

Start listening to your intuition;

it has all the answers.

Start meditating for at least 10 –15 minutes daily; the stillness allows you to connect with your highest self, the one
