Nothing easier. Just set a start date and slots and they will be visible on your calendar, on the day they refer to. This way you can see how busy your day will be.
1. SCHEDULE YOUR TASKS
Tasks automatically move onto the next day if you can’t get to them. If a task keeps getting bumped day after day, it’s probably a good idea to delete it.
2. DELETE IT, DON’T RESCHEDULE IT
You only get small visual clues that something needs your attention and we don’t send you a million emails per day. You only get one daily digest and you can even turn it off.
3. AVOID DISTRACTIONS
Starting a task and broadcasting to everyone else that you’re working on it is an incredible focus booster. Just don’t do anything else until you’re done.
4. NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE
With overwork alerts in the calendar, managers can make sure that their team doesn’t have to much on their plate, keeping their work-life and health balance in check.
5. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR HEALTH
Just start typing and hit enter and you can enter dozens of tasks at once. You can even set initial destinations and all the tasks thereafter will follow it.
6. HAVE A MORNING BRAIN PURGE
Starting and checking off tasks is a great work routine. As your tasks for the day keep being checked off, your sense of accomplishment increases.
7. CREATE A SUSTAINABLE ROUTINE
Just set a deadline for a task or project or create an event on the set date. It’s all there to keeping you from derailing.

Doing all calls and all emails for the day in one batch is a great way to keep focused and you can create these as a recurring appointment every week day.

You can assign all the things you need your team to do every day with ease on your calendar. Just keep a few slots open for any new stuff coming in.
12. CREATE A WEEKLY STRATEGY DOCUMENT
Or just clear your task list for the day. You’ll get the same sense of accomplishment.
13. GET TO INBOX ZERO EVERY DAY
You just need to start by the most important task in your task list for the day. Every other one will be a nice bonus.
14. DO THE ONE THING THAT WOULD MAKE YOU SATISFIED WITH YOUR DAY
Someone needs to put out that fire that just came in? Just assign them an urgent task to set a priority.
