Unieuro delivers thousands of products every day to all retail store in Italy.

The company sought a solution to simplify and speed up outbound logistics activities.

Objective: Share and track delivery of shipping documents from the central warehouse to the stores.

Solution

Unieuro has decided to digitize business documents to eliminate paper from its own processes, starting with Shipping Documents management, which in terms of numbers and costs represented the most costly and challenging process.

Today, Shipping Documents, for delivering goods from central warehouses to different stores, franchises and neighbourhood hubs, are handled exclusively in digitally.

Transport documents sending

Shipping documents do not "travel" anymore in paper format but are shared in electronic format with the distribution points, even before the delivery of the goods.

After preparation, the goods are delivered to couriers together with the CMR, which summarizes the transport objects.

By clicking on the link for sharing access, the salesperson is directed to the Arxivar / Unieuro portal, from which you can view the Shipping document summary and download it in just one click.

Document management

Digital Shipping Documents and related CMRs are automatically stored in Arxivar, which creates a "shared" folder containing all the Shipping Documents in a CRM and the summary document, in a single file.

Arxivar also stores and handles other tax documents, such as Sales and Purchase Invoices.

Each of these documents can also be consulted by the ERP and other systems used by Unieuro.

Arxivar also checks the sequential numbering of tax documents filed before sending them to the Electronic Conservation Standard system.
