My name is Paul DeBettignies and I help XXXXXXXX with their recruiting.

Do you have time for a phone call the next couple of days?

Here is what to expect...

- We might chat for 30-45 minutes

- I will fill you in on XXXXXXXXX and the team.

- Talk a bit about your experience, what you are looking for in a

job/career/company

- Talk a bit about salary and compensation things

I promise this will be a casual conversation, no gotcha and certainly no "tell

me a time when..." questions. We save those for later.

This is an opportunity for you and I to get to know each other.

Think about your internal job posts…

And your external job ads…

Do you like them?

Or do they suck?

What story are you telling?

Do some competitive research…

How many seconds is someone looking at your job post?

Do you need Superman… Clark Kent… Jimmy Olson?
