With a focus of supporting properties during transition, we also offer Recruiting + Interim Management. QHM Recruiting Process* 1. We source and receive candidates from our database, social media, referrals and other sources. 2. We may at times even go out and personally visit locations that may have the desired candidate. 3. A candidate’s resume is then compared to your desired specifications and experience. 4. Once they meet your specifications, we send them on to you for consideration and interviews. 5. Optional - We know that your time is valuable and that you need to be as productive as possible. With that in mind, we can also offer to take hours of pre-interviews off of your plate by taking each candidate we are considering for submission through a pre-interview with QHM. A very small fee applies, considering the 2+ hours spent on each candidate. Fee is per search not candidate. 6. If option #5 is chosen, once all those steps are completed we submit a typed up pre-interview recap, the resume and references to you for consideration. Interim Executive Management During times of transition, sale or in the pre-opening phase of a hotel, we may be able to provide Interim Executive Management via an Interim General Manager, Director of F&B/Operations, Executive Chef, Director of Finance/Controller, Director of Revenue Management, Executive Chef or Director of Sales and Marketing. As each assignment is unique in it’s requirements and length, please contact us directly for Interim Executive Management fees and availability. * We only recruit for management positions with salaries of around 70K & up. Recruiting fees range between 8K-15K. The recruiting fee is due only when one of our candidates accepts an offer. Location visits subject to client’s location & budget.
