We’ve formed the industry’s only true carbon replacement partnership, where you can offset your own recruitment carbon omissions through our website, in real time. In partnership with C02Balance, our innovative stove replacement programme saves up to 3
tonnes of carbon dioxide per stove every year – as well as delivering a host of social, health and community benefi ts.
But that’s not all: through our ‘Plant For Placement’ scheme, we plant a tree for every executive we place – interim or permanent – in association with The Woodland Trust. That helps to offset the ‘carbon cost’ of the recruitment exercise.
