The Great Valley Conference Center Conference Day Fee

(CDF) is designed to include the common costs associated

with a Day Meeting and includes:

• IACC approved general session meeting

• Hot breakfast plus AM and PM Breaks provided in the Open

Lounge Area along with continuous beverage service all

day

• Conference Center Lunch.  Served as a buffet to allow total

timing flexibility for the facilitator and a variety of options

for attendees

• Audio Visual Package which includes but is not limited to:

Wireless Internet connectivity, 2 Flip Charts with Markers,

TV/DVD Player, LCD Projector and Screen

• AV specialist to assist with your most complex needs

The Desmond Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is

designed for meetings that require an overnight room and

dinner for their attendees. In addition to all the features of

the CDF, the CMP includes:
