I’ve learnt that the audience for URB isn’t as large as I thought with people always routing for the more traditional looking Kerrang or vogue in my questions, however it did secure about 20-40% of the popular vote in the questions. In magazine preferences it turns out people prefer to know the music exclusives or the free things that the magazine comes with. The most popular being new artists and new music something I believe it will be good to focus on in my magazine. I found out almost all of new music and brought music is done online, so the magazine will have to have reviews with a web base in order to connect more to any audience. The people in my audience are lively and outgoing, socialising at many events, so I may have to reflect this in what my magazine offers.I believe my magazine will have to offer more ‘exclusives’ to the reader than I originally thought something I will have to take into account when it comes to my design.
