Guilty pleasures

• Humans have an irresistible desire for chocolate, sugar and fat

1. Dark chocolate and other cocoa products are popular in the population as a whole, but their overall health benefit remains controversial

2. Feeling guilty increases your enjoyment of chocolate or other sweet treats, researchers have discovered.

3. Eating chocolate might not be entirely harmful, so long as it is dark chocolate as studies have found it is good for your heart

4. For years we've assumed chocolate is bad for us - but could there be more than meets the eye to this tasty treat?

Baked & Buzzed

A hungry world relies on grains1. Bread- From a handful of ingredients—at its most basic flour, yeast, water,

and salt2. Cakes- Candy and confections range from chewy nougat and pralines to

fudge, caramel, and toffee. There are essentially two categories of candies: crystalline or non-crystalline.

3. Cookies- Whether you call them “cookies,” “biscuits,” or even “koekje,” cookies are loved the world over. They can be dropped, sliced, molded, rolled and cut, baked into bars, sandwiched with fillings, and decorated with colorful icings.

4. Pudding- The word “pudding” can be used to describe a whole range of sweet and savory dishes, from soft and smooth chocolate pudding and frothy citrus mousse to eggy bread pudding and cake-like steamed Christmas pudding.

DrinksAlcoholic

Drinks, or beverages, are liquids specifically prepared for human consumption, they can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.1. Beer- is an alcoholic beverage produced by the saccharification of starch

and fermentation of the resulting sugar. It`s consumed mostly by men.2. Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes or other

fruits. It comes in 3 colors, white, red and rose3. Whisky or whiskey is a type of distilled alcoholic beverage made from

fermented grain mash4. Champagne is a sparkling wine produced from grapes grown in the

Champagne region of France following rules that demand secondary fermentation of the wine in the bottle to create carbonation

Non-alcoholic drinks

• Soft drinks1. A soft drink (also called soda, pop, soda pop, coke,[1] fizzy drink, seltzer,

mineral, lolly water[3] or carbonated beverage) is a beverage that typically contains carbonated water, a sweetener and a flavoring

2. Soft drinks are called "soft" in contrast to "hard drinks" (alcoholic beverages)

3. Soft drinks may be served chilled or at room temperature, and some, such as Dr Pepper, can be served warm

4. Soft drinks are made by mixing dry ingredients and/or fresh ingredients with water. Production of soft drinks can be done at factories or at home.

Home made

• Some people chose to make themselves their drinks. They use recepies from internet or learned from other people for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and they prepare the drink alone.

• They prefer this way because they say that is more natural and they use only natural ingrediends

• More men as a hobby they make a small brewing ,,factory,, and they create their own beer
