GAURI MITTAL
KEEPING IT REALI have a very practical way of dealing with my health. I know my
strengths and weaknesses and I am able to use them to my benefit. I just follow a diet given by my diet advisor. To the more for me my health lies in my first priority so I try following a fixed schedule. According to me having a balanced diet makes one look perfect.
WHAT’S THE SECRET? All I do is to take a walk in the morning. I also take a walk when I
feel like it. I do not go to the gym, but I make sure that I do not falter from the routine that I have started for myself.
For 30-year-old Gauri Mittal, staying fit is all about routine. Putting time aside for herself is just as important as other things that she holds dear in life. She believes that if she is healthy then she can help people who matter to her to be healthy as well by setting an example. A young mother of two children, Gauri is a glowing example of contentment.
Garima is an example
for all of us. We look up to her to make sure that we are living healthy lives.

Dump high calorie from your diet- eliminate just one high calorie item from your diet such as latte, cream cheese and you can reduce your calorie intake by 250 per day.combine this with walking and you
can drop some kilos easily.
WHAT TO EAT AND DO A glass of warm water with lime
and honey works wonders. It is great for flushing out toxins and kickstarting metabolism.
