“Doctor Click”

1. Naming: “Doctor Click”. Why?We deliver non-life-threatening medical advice and treatment in the comfort of your own home at your convenience. You just need a laptop either to contact a doctor or to buy medicines. So we have joined both concepts: online and medicine. Those are latent in Doctor Click.

2. Storyboard – Spot “Doctor Click”We made two versions: one informative and one emotional in order to see which one expresses better our service.

SITUATION 1: HEADACHE

Off voice: I have a huge headache…

Off voice: Let me see if I have any Ibuprophen. No.. I don’t. I will have to arrange an appointment with the doctor just to ask for a prescription.

She is complaining about her headache while she is having her breakfast.

She stands up and looks for a medicine in her medicine cupboard. But there’s nothing that can relieve her pain.

She turns around and sees a doctor joining her for breakfast.

Suddenly a smiling doctor gives her the prescription.

Off voice: AW! Off voice: Good morning. Here is your prescription.

Version 2: Emotional

SITUATION 2: CHRONICAL ILLNESS

Off voice: I am running out of my medicines for my chronical illness. I just need a prescription. I hope I could have a doctor right here because I don’t want to bother anyone.

Off voice: Well, I will have to call my son to take me to the doctor.

He is wondering whether he could avoid visiting the doctor just to ask for a prescription for his chronical illness.

He is waiting on the sofa close to the telephone. But suddenly the bell rings.

He stands up and goes to the door to see who it is. When he opens the door, a doctor is on the other side.

Suddenly the doctor smiles at him and asks him if she can visit him.

Off voice: Who is coming now? Let’s see.Doctor: Good morning, may I come in?

Off voice: Here is your prescription. I think you already know how to use it.

Version 2: Emotional

SITUATION 3: IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY

Off voice: I can’t understand a word of what he is saying…

Off voice: I don’t know how I can explain what I need. I wish there was a doctor who speaks my language so I wouldn’t have any problem.

A woman has just moved abroad. She needs to go to a doctor. When she gets there, she can’t undertand what he is trying to tell her.

She tries to explain what she needs but she can’t. She wonders whether she could speak to a doctor who understands what she is saying.

She finally decides to go back home. She switches on her laptop and a doctor appears on the screen and asks her in her own language what she needs exactly.

The doctor posts her prescription on her profile. She orders it directly from the online pharmacy.

Off voice: Doctor says: Good morning, how may I help you? (in her language).

Off voice: Here is your prescription I’ll add it to tour account. Girl: Thank you so much!

3. Website design Patients, doctors and pharmacists access this service through our website. Consequently, apart from the standard sign up/sign in options, the website design reflects the need to attract new patients (information, news) and to recruit more professionals.

4. Logo designEvery service must have a logo, so we have worked on its design. It expresses the work that Doctor Click does all over the world.
