1-Three types of visible light-curing composite restorative

material (Te-Econom, Tetric ceram, VOCO)

3-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)

4-Polyethylene mold 5mm in diameter and 1mm in height to

determine

5-LED light curing unit

Sample Preparation Degree of Conversion

After curing, the material was removed

from the mold

Placed in a closed dark containers

Stored 7days in storage media

Separately crushed and grinned manually by piston and mortar

into powder

Powder mixed with potassium bromide at weight percentage 1:5

Powder poured into metal mold

Compressed into a disc shape by Bruker

press

Samples become ready for

measurement by FTIR

transform infrared spectroscopy
