Location: This point can be easily located using the “tiger mouth grip”. It is at the point where the index finger touchesthe hand.

If the forefinger is placed in the anatomical snuffbox, and moved directly proximally over the full extent of the radius, thefinger falls into the cleft between the two tendons

Location: At the wrist joint, on the inner side, in the depression at the side of the of the pisiform bone.

Spleen 6

Location: On the inner side of the lower leg, 3 cun (1 palm width) above the prominence of the medial malleolus, in adepression close to the medial crest of the tibia.

Kidney 1

Location: This is the only acupuncture point on the sole of the foot. On the sole of the foot, between the second andthird toes, approximately one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel, in a depressionformed when the foot is plantar flexed (extended or bent downwards).
