How to recover your impaired vision.

[Schematic diagram of the human eye’s perspective control]

Light from a single point of a distant object and light from a single point of a near

object being brought to a focus by changing the curvature of the lens.

.

As you can see by this time, normally, in the emmetropia, the eye lens is thickened

when you viewing near, and lighter far-away.

Thus it is to bear the image fitting on the retina that the lens changes depending on

the viewing distance. If focus does not fit, it certainly does not seem. Then How to

make the lens thicken and thin?

Because this is the muscle, called the ciliary muscle within the lens, that it change

the lens to thin or thick with pulling, or releasing the muscle.

As a result, when the eye which is emmetropia looks a distant place,it make lens thin

with Ciliary Muscle pulling Ciliary zonule, thus a distant object can be focused

enough to seem.

In other words, when you look far away, lens thin away as the Ciliary Muscle pull

Ciliary zonule, it makes to focus looking object quite far away. Contrary, when you

look close to see, lens thicker as the Ciliary Muscle pull Ciliary zonule, it makes to

focus near.

This is called the perspective control action of eyes. If eye is the state of

emmetropia , this perspective is functioning well. This shape is due to muscle activity.

So you can see near objects well, but it seems a distant place will look blurry.

As the power weak that the ciliary muscle pull of ciliary body. the lens cannot be thin.

Even now in Ophthalmology, because it seems that this ciliary muscle moved by the

reflexively through the stimulation by the autonomic nerve center, the myopia caused

by ciliary muscle tension cannot come back to normal, emmetropia, again is believed

to be.

However, through tenacity and brilliant research of authoritial professionals in the

field in the developed countries, this theory is now completely collapsed.

In other words, through clinical trials by animal experiments in anatomy, physiology,

It was announced, < a ciliary muscle is under the control of the cerebral neocortex

and limbic cortex. >.

This opinion (of visual acuity activists) ,a strong commitment to see towards a certain

target is become a nerve stimulation for us to relax unstable condition, and it is able

to improvement or to restore again your reduced vision, that would have been

proved.

In other words, myopic vision can restore by training of the ciliary muscles, such as

athletes exercise their bodies through training.

-Our action to focus attention such as finding constellation or seeing peaks in the

distance is also a way of visual acuity recovery.-

The eyes is the window of mind and body.

the human eye were likened to "sun" In the West, and the human eye was seen as a

symbol of "wisdom" in Buddhism and Hinduism. The ancient philosophers thought

the visual as the best of the human sense. Aristotle, " Visual sense is truly the best of

a highly developed," he said. And then, he scored order such as Hearing -> Smell ->

Taste -> Touch.

Movement of eyes.

Our eyes are often likened to the camera. But in fact,it is that the camera was made

out to mimic the eye. Eye has lens(IOL) in front of eyeball, corresponding to the film,

where the retina and many nerve cells in the retina changes the light to signals and

sends to the brain, the same as the camera. The center of the retina called the

macula, located in the heart of the visual field is where you can see most clearly.

It is the blind spot that the exit of the optic nerve a little on the inside of the right

things. As aperture(iris) is in front of the lens ,it control the right and the hole in the

middle of the aperture as named the pupil, grows in dark places, is smaller in bright

places. Cornea is a transparent membrane in front of the iris, which are to keep the

lens. While attached to the outside of the eye, muscles (rectus and oblique muscles)

is to help to play the role the eyes move to the direction of seeing , it has the function

to tend towards the correct target the left and right sides of the eye.

If this activity is not normally, it become strabismus easier, and then it will be

conducted in such conditions as 'astigmatism' which an object is visible in two or

'anisometropia' which the other eye is to degradation in susceptible.

The camera lens is able to focus by moving back and forth, but eyes is able to focus

by altering the thickness of the lens. Eye lens is unlikely with the camera lens, it has

strong resilient. Around this lens, a lot of threads named ciliary zonule is pulling and

then make thin of it. The strain of this ciliary zonule is controlled by the muscle to

named ciliary muscle. If this muscle is contracted to short, ciliary zonule is loosen

and the lens is thicker, and if it is increased to long, the lens is lighter.

When you are viewing the distant landscape, lens is becoming lighter and focal

length is becoming longer, but when you are viewing the shorter object ,lens is

becoming thicker and focal length is becoming shorter.

Without regulation, it seems the most distant is called 'a far point' and then it seems

strongly controlled by the nearest points is called 'a near point'.

Despite the young age, if you wear

glasses with easy as having bad

eyesight,you will wear more higher

degree of lens. thus you should

have to do your best to recovering

the original eyes function.

Please wear glasses only when absolutely necessary…

1. If you look at things while the glasses has been focused at far distance, you

cannot see an object near by you.

2. Thus if you fit a focus to an object nearby you, your lens is thickened and your

visual acuity of myopic will become even worse.

3. As standing in this state a little more, already the focus at far distance of the lens

will not fit.

Therefore, if it is amblyopia, astigmatism, acquired myopia except severe myopia, it

is a good idea to try not continue to change lenses with learning habits to take off the

glasses when reading or working.

Especially, elementary, middle and high school students except adults should

recognize the fact that changing the lens of glasses is not because of the degree of

lens to have been weaken, but because of your eyesight to have been getting worse.

The 5 minutes gym for prevention of visual impairment and strengthening of vision.

that strengthen.

6.Sighting method of Perspective.

After seeing your thumb finger's end of outstretched hand during 8 seconds, you

stare at the best distant point from here. Repeat 4 times.

It relieves the tension of ciliary muscle.

7. How to find acupuncture named Hapgok, how to press.

The acupuncture point named Hapgok is located by the index finger side from the

joins of your thumb finger bone and index finger bone. This area, you can feel the

pain when you press around this with your finger, is the acupuncture point named

Hapgok. Please use thumb finger end when you press. It is easier to give the

strength as you pick with thumb finger and index finger like picture.

night lighting, more than before, have an effect on the baby’s eye to getting worse.

※ Eyes are moving by the

ocular. It focuses on the

action of muscles is

due.Day and night,

creating tension and

relaxation of the lens, is to

promote natural muscle. If

this exercise repeatedly

carried out to restore

visual acuity and vision

can prevent.

[Exercise is the opposite

movement ]

Take place alternately

distant and near the ciliary

muscle is the relaxation.

Periodic changes in light,

bright, dark to eyes are

giving a relax to iris. A

series of activities, rectus

muscle and oblique muscles(eyeball's outside muscles) to move smoothly, and to

carry power grab ,Irritating to eyes around, based on the blood flow smoothly, is

called Eye Movement as a whole.

※ The main goals of visual acuity is to restore the vision through Eye

Movement(Exercise) of the opposite movement, which is growing up the activity of

inside and outside muscles on the eyeball and is giving a relax to a tired muscles.
