assessment and treatment options through hands-on

experience

• First General Check-up Camp with emphasis on

MH&A attended by 200 patients

• First Diabetes Education & Screening Camp attended

by 305 patients; 95 glucometers provided to patients

EXPLORING RESEARCH PROJECT WITH SKSS

Objective

• Educate patients on self management of diabetes to improve management of

symptoms, reduce hospital visits and enhance quality of life.
