To provide patients the tools for successful long-term weight maintenance
Weight loss goals; –5-10% of initial weight –Additional goals thereafter, individualized to patient

Program Components

Treatment focused on weight loss3-12 month durationVisit Schedule:
MD and dietitian bi-weekly – first 4 weeks monthly–through month 6 every 3 months-after month 6
