How can we build organizational capacity and increase the number of interested employers hiring people with intellectual disabilities WITHOUT increasing the number of paid staff who deliver employment supports services? LiveWorkPlay has developed organizational capacity and significantly increased employer recruitment and employment outcomes for people with intellectual disabilities using a strategy that incorporates employment champions, partners, and networks.
