Bypass Protein

Page 4: 4.so elab pass(eng.)

What is Bypass Protein?

• It can be called the most ideal protein ratio when about 60% protein intake the diet are decomposed by micro-organisms in the rumen and absorbed in the small intes-tine as the microbial cell proteins and the remaining 40%are directly absorbed in the small intestine through the rumen because rumen microbes are unable to use them.

• Bypass protein is absorbed in the small intestine directly without being decomposed in the rumen

SoELAB-Principle of producing Pass

Reducing sugar

Reducing sugar

Combined with proteins by reducing sugars and makes not to decompose by proteases in the rumen

Changed the structure to act enzyme protein by pH change in the small intes-tine

Decomposed proteins with proteases and absorbed in the small intestine

• Indigestible oligosaccharides fermentated in soybean with our patented lactic acid and produced reducing sugar combine with amino acids in proteins and produce By-pass protein that not decompose in rumen

Effect of SoELAB-Pass

• Milking cow - Milk protein content established in milk price estimate from Janu-

ary 1, 2014

- Increase in milk, to maintain BCS and increasing the reproduction protability in next time

• Young Cattle•Fattening Cattle

- Improved weight gain.

• Calf - Promotes appetite and prevent watery feces and diarrhea - Promote balanced growth of bones and muscles and in-

crease the growth rate - Shorten primigravid age and lactation starting age

Page 18: 4.so elab pass(eng.)

Recommended Quantity of SoELAB-Pass

• Milking cow - 300~500g per head to feed to replace the same amount of formula feed. - Feeding 1~1.6% of the total TMR

• Young Cattle•Fattening Cattle - 300~500g per head to feed to replace the same amount of formula feed. - Feeding 1~1.6% of the total TMR

• Calf - Feeding 50~200g with formula feed depending on the

age
