Programme Introduction

Summer 2014

{The Idea} As a team, the participants are going to create a BIG PICTURE together!Each of them will draw one canvas and all the canvasses will be fabricated to make the pre-designed BIG PICTURE!

Your team members will have to communicate and work with other teammates throughout the process. They will have to align in colours, styles, graphics, etc. so that the final BIGPICTURE will be as one!

2. Step out of our comfort zone and try something new

Most of the people claim that “I can’t draw” but in fact they just need a little assistance and some opportunities to try it.

3. Embrace uncertainty and have fun of it!

We are not sure what the big picture will look like. Don’t worry about uncertainties. Just stay focused in what you can do and enjoy it!

{Split layout} -Each team will finish certain part of the Big Picture together.-Some pictures are deliberately left blank so the teams will imagine how these pictures should look like and fill them up.

{Demo Rundown}Time Procedure Description

08:45-09:00 Pre-opening Participants are gathering at the venue. Plastic apron will

be distributed.

09:00-09:25 Warm-up and

Briefing

A simple warm-up game to wake them up!

The instructors will brief the group about the mission and

some easy steps of using paints and tools.

09:25-09:30 Team formation The group will split into smaller teams of 5-6 people. Each

team will receive a set of picture cards. They will draw out

the picture cards on the canvasses.

09:30-10:00 Sketching The team heads off to the creative adventure! Maybe they

are doing the sketching.

10:00-11:00 Painting Now they are applying the paint on the canvasses.

11:00-11:20 Fabricating and

final touch-up

We will start to put the finished canvasses together and do

some final revisions.

11:20-11:50 Reflection The teams re-group and we will arrange a simple reflection.

Bosses will deliver further messages to the whole group.

11:50-12:00 Photo-op Cheers!
